Marxton Construction is proud to announce its newly awarded project by the United States Department of Defense for the construction of the MOUT Training Facility (Military Operations in Urban Terrain) located at Camp Tecson, San Miguel, Bulacan.

The facility is designed to simulate a realistic urban environment featuring multi-level structures, interconnected buildings, and tunnel systems. It forms part of a multi-phase development initiative for the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ first dedicated MOUT Training Facility.

Marxton Construction developed the project masterplan in collaboration with Philippine Army officers with actual urban warfare experience during the Marawi Siege. The facility serves as a vital training ground and a strategic response shaped by lessons learned from that historic event.
