Military Camp

This is a military campus consisting of a Commissary Building in Basa Air Base, Floridablanca, Pampanga and a Training Facility in Camp Tecson, San Miguel, Bulacan

Design and Build Project with NAVFAC

This is Marxton’s first project with NAVFAC, a US government agency in charge of procuring infrastructure projects for the Philippine government. This is a Design and Build Project now being used by the Philippine Army located in Camp Tecson, San Miguel, Bulacan.

Design and Build Project with NAVFAC

This is Marxton’s second project with NAVFAC, a US government agency in charge of procuring infrastructure projects for the Philippine government. This is a Design and Build Project to be constructed inside Camp General Emilio Agui- naldo, the General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Quezon City.

one storey building for Commissary

This one story building has a floor area of 600 sqm and is intended as mini grocery. It has a selling area with gondolas for product display, a warehouse, admin office and living quarters.

AFP Commisary and Exchange Service Building

This project is an AFP COMMISARY AND EXCHANGE SERVICE BUILDING located inside Basa Air Base, Floridablanca, Pampanga. It has a total floor area of 900 square meters dedicated as supermarket and grocery store of Philippine Air Force personnel assigned inside the air base. The project was completed and turned over last September 2023.

Solar Powered Water Pumping Station

This is a SOLAR POWERED WATER PUMPING STATION PROJECT completed by Maxton in July 2024 for the Department of Public Works and Gighways. The proj- ect is located in Pulong Gubat, Balagtas, Bulacan. It is intended to provide free water supply to nearby communities.

Apartment and Commercial Arcade

This is a Design and Build APARTMENT AND COMMERCIAL ARCADE PROJECT completed by Marxton July 2024. It has 5 commercial stalls and 5 living rooms for bedspace occupancy. The project is located in Bustos, Bulacan.

Rapelling Tower

This structure is 4 storey high made of concrete and steel ma- terials. It is intended to be used for rappelling activities by mem- bers of our military and law en- forcement agencies.

Bunker

A 2 storey concrete structure to be used as command and control facility during train- ing exercises of members of our military and law enforce- ment agencies.

Other Projects

MOUT Training Facility

Marxton Construction successfully completed the MOUT (Military Operations in Urban Terrain) Training Facility at Camp Tecson, San Miguel, Bulacan. The project was awarded by the United States Department of Defense as part of a multi-phase initiative to develop the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ first dedicated MOUT training facility.


The facility was designed to simulate a realistic urban environment, featuring various multi-level structures and an integrated tunnel system to support military training in urban combat scenarios.


As part of the project, Marxton Construction developed the overall master plan in collaboration with Philippine Army officers who contributed insights based on their firsthand experience during the Marawi Siege. The facility serves as a lasting training asset, incorporating valuable lessons learned from that significant military operation.

CCC Project

CCC Project located Inside Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City. A US funded project under the US Department of Defense for use by Ameri- can and Filipino Forces during Joint Operations.
