Marxton Construction is the work of a tight Filipino team that believes the country grows one well-built project at a time. Here’s how we got here.
Our history
Seven Years of breaking ground.
The company secured its PCAB license in late 2017 and broke ground on its first project the following year — a two-storey government building in Bulacan, finished ahead of schedule. That one project led to three more in our maiden year.
In the years that followed, we won contracts for roads, hospitals and multi-purpose buildings under the Provincial Government of Bulacan, then stepped up to defense work for the Armed Forces of the Philippines — a parking complex and commissary buildings — and several multi-storey private residences along the way.
Today, Marxton is gearing up for a PCAB upgrade. We’re investing in capital equipment, upskilling our crew, and professionalizing our management — quietly preparing for the bigger work ahead.
